As the Teaching Pastor at BCF Matthew serves as an Elder, administrative head of the church, lead pastor on the Pastoral Ministry Team, and the vision casting Elder. His beautiful wife Tracy and two lovely daughters Alice and Bethany are pictured here.
Gary Osborne
Gary serves as an Elder at BCF. He provides pastoral support and leadership to the Men's Ministry, leads the monthly Men's Breakfast and other special men's events and outreaches. He serves at BCF along side his wife Marsha, and their children Logan, Joshua and Amaya.
Deacon Team
Brian Taylor
Brian serves as the Deacon for Global Outreach. He oversees the missions and evangelism efforts of the church. He is married to Courtney and is the father of Cayden and Blake.
Holly Russell Deaconess of Member Care
Holly is responsible for ensuring members who are in need of ministry, prayer or support receive pastoral and church wide care. Through the work of the Member Care Ministry Team the parent's of new borns and the homebound are given meals, cards are sent to the sick, and prayer concerns are communicated to the membership.
Trey Washburn
Trey is the Deacon of Media and the church webmaster. He oversees the church media team. He serves alongside his beautiful wife Jennifer and their two wonderful children Madelyn and Samuel.
Lanelle Lanway
Lanelle serves as the Deaconess of Finance and heads the church Finance Ministry Team. She is married to Mike.
Ray Rucci Deacon of Facilities
Ray serves as the Deacon of Facilities and is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the Worship Center and Ministry Center downtown. Ray joins BCF with his wife, Bev, from New York state.

Jennie Ritchie
Jennie serves as our Women's Ministry Director. She is married to JL. Jennie is a gifted and respected teacher, minister to women and prayer warrior within the church.
David Sloane
David is one of our Worship Leaders. He comes to us from Florida and is an experieced praise leader.
Susan serves as the Ministry Director for Supplies and Service Preparation. She, along with the Ministry Team, ensures that the church facilities are well supplied and stocked, as well as overseeing the cleaning and fellowship rotations and setting up for special services such as the Lord's Supper and Baptisms.
